NEW YORK (September 29, 2009) – Telx, one of the largest and fastest-growing interconnection and colocation data center operators, announced today that Florida-based Host.net is expanding its space in Telx’s facility at 56 Marietta Street in Atlanta to bring new colocation, cloud computing, and storage services to businesses in greater Atlanta. The building, owned by Telx, is a 160,000-square-foot dedicated carrier-hotel as well as an interconnection and colocation facility that is home to the Southeast's largest concentration of telecommunication companies. Host.net has used the facility as a point of presence (PoP) since 2005.
