Jeffrey Davis
Chairman of the Board
Davis founded BroadbandONE (WV Fiber's parent company) along with Randy Epstein, and serves as its Chairman and CEO. He brings over 13 years of hands on experience in systems integration, network setup and design, technical operations and management.
Prior to co-founding BroadbandONE, Davis co-founded and was President and COO of Metro FiberLink, Inc., a Delray Beach, Florida based cutting edge Data CLEC providing low-cost high-reliability for the enterprise. Davis was also the Senior Technology Advisor to the CEO of US Data Authority, Inc., a national T1 & T3 NSP. At US Data, Davis advised and assisted the company with their nationwide network rollout to 40 markets throughout the United States and helped design the company's Network Operations Center in Boca Raton, FL.
As a result of his unique combination of business and technical savvy, Davis has gained respect in the business and tech community and has been invited to speak on panels covering a variety of topics including VoIP, Security, and entrepreneurship. For example, the SFTA invited him to speak at the "Meet the Tech CEO's" panel discussion. Davis has also been recognized for his unique ability to negotiate the difficult landscape of the technology community as a young and aggressive business leader.
A proponent of supporting other young professionals with similar aggressive goals and aspirations, Davis has made significant investments to the NSU- Huizenga School of Entrepreneurship to become a corporate sponsor.

Timothy R. Lewis
Director of the Board
Lewis serves as a member of the BroadbandONE Board of Directors since June of 2006.
Lewis is the founder and owner of Lewis Rental Properties (LRP), which he founded in 1970. LRP, based in Boca Raton, Florida, owns and operates over one million square feet of commercial and residential real estate and mini-warehouse space in the South Florida market, including the Boca Design Center where BroadbandONE is headquartered. Lewis also serves on the Board of Trustees of several charitable and non-profit organizations and is a benefactor at Bethesda Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Randy Epstein
Director of the Board
Epstein founded BroadbandONE along with Mr. Davis and serves as its President. He brings the Company over 20 years experience in direct network design, operations and staff management. His current focus at BroadbandONE is Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as the integration of these companies into the BroadbandONE network and product line. Epstein has taken a keen interest in building settlement-free interconnection (peering) relationships with other industry leading networks.
Epstein also serves on the Board of Directors of OCCAID, and has been recognized for his significant donations and contributions to the efforts and guidance of project logistics. OCCAID is a not-for-profit education and Internet engineering network opened to the public. OCCAID's focus involves in creating a collaborative environment which allows network researchers and individuals with self-interest in the anatomy of Internet routing to interconnect into a global network for training and development purposes. OCCAID, a provider of the next-generation global IPv6 internet, is also an incubator for the development of the IPv6 Internet in North America, by assisting its participants and industry partners in their IPv6 migration.
Epstein co-founded and was CTO of Metro FiberLink, Inc., a cutting edge Data CLEC providing low-cost high reliability Internet service for the enterprise. Epstein was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Money.net Incorporated; Money.net is a leading business and financial web site. Epstein founded Host Internet Network Services in 1995; a national high-speed Internet solutions provider located in Boca Raton, Florida. Epstein was with WIZnet, an electronic commerce and Internet provider, and also co-founded Internet Gateway Connections as the first company to offer Internet access using ISDN technology in Florida. Epstein was with Automated Business Corporation, the exclusive systems provider to Akzo-Nobel, Sherwin Williams, BASF and DuPont, where Epstein designed and developed multiple network solutions for these companies. Epstein started his career in computers and communication solutions when he founded and served as President of FASST Computronics, where he designed and developed bulletin board software for the Commodore 64 and 128 lines of 8-bit computers. FASST became an authorized Commodore Amiga reseller under his direction.

Steven J. Davis
Director of the Board
Davis has served as a member of the BroadbandONE Board of Directors since August 2006.
Prior to joining BroadbandONE in 2006, he was President of Martex Distributors, a fiberglass insulation distributor and installer from its inception in 1977 until the sale of the company to Gale Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of Masco Corporation (NYSE:MAS) in 1999. Davis attended the University of Miami where he majored in business administration. Davis is also the Regional Director for Masco Contractor Services, a division of Masco Corp.
